Heirloom Musque De Provence squash soup, fire roasted poblano mole sauce, goat cheese creme fraiche

Warm German potato salad medley, mixed winter seasonal greens, bacon sherry vinaigrette, pickled quail eggs

Course Three

Spice grilled pork tenderloin, apple chutney, herb quinoa and farro grains, crispy brussel petals

Course Four

Chocolate almond cake, sea salted chocolate mousse, strawberry peppercorn reduction

Additional Information

Setting/Environment

Come dressed in your warmest clothes for this formal dinner in a casual setting. The dinner will be held in the event pavilion on the property of Terra Incognita Vineyard. The pavilion is weather sealed with canvas and vinyl to keep the dining space out of the elements. A large fireplace and multiple space heaters will be used to bring the temperature inside to a comfortable level. Guests will enjoy dinner in a group style setting during the four-course plated portion of the evening. Groups that buy tickets together will have assigned seating together.

Cancellation and Inclimate Weather Policy

Ticket sales will be final once the purchase has been made. Tickets may be transferable to other guests prior to the event. In this case please contact Terra Incognita Vineyard to notify them of any food allergies and the new guests information. These events will be held rain or shine but in the event of a snow storm the guests will be notified in advance that the dinner for that weekend will be postponed to the following Saturday. Refunds can be given for dinners that are delayed for any reason.
