Tallulah Gorge State Park
200 Cubic Feet/Second. This water flow is a historical glimpse of Tallulah River’s water flow prior to the building of the dam in 1912. To see the amazing sites,  hiking along the North and South Rim Trails and walking down the stairs on the Hurricane Falls Suspension Trail is allowed.  You may also continue down the steps on the south side of the Gorge to the viewing platform at the base of Hurricane Falls. Due to unsafe water levels, no permits are issued for Gorge floor access during the aesthetic releases.  For more information call 706-754-7981 or go to www.gastateparks.org/tallulahgorge.
